Building a Champion Mindset for Success in Today’s Fast-Evolving World

On 25th September 2026, the Rwanda Human Resources Management Organization (RHRMO) hosted its September edition of the HR Café under the theme “Building a Champion Mindset for Success in Today’s Fast-Evolving World.”

The session brought together HR professionals and practitioners for an engaging conversation on the mindset needed to navigate today’s rapidly changing workplace. Participants explored the importance of resilience, adaptability, continuous learning, confidence, and taking ownership of personal and professional growth.

Through an interactive panel discussion, participants reflected on what it means to have a champion mindset and how individuals can remain motivated and resilient when faced with challenges and setbacks. The conversation also highlighted the role of HR professionals and organisational leaders in creating workplaces that encourage employees to learn, take initiative, embrace change, and reach their full potential.
