Her Voice 2026: Empowering Women to Lead, Thrive, and Influence

The Rwanda Human Resources Management Organisation (RHRMO) successfully hosted the inagu ral Her Voice 2026  Women in Leadership Conference on 28th–29th May 2026 at La Palisse Gashora Resort.

Held under the theme “Lead • Thrive • Influence” and guided by the tagline “Empowered Women, Stronger Nation,” the conference brought together women professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, HR practitioners, development partners, and representatives from both the public and private sectors. The event provided a dynamic platform for learning, networking, and meaningful conversations on advancing women’s leadership and professional growth.

Over two days, participants engaged in inspiring keynote presentations, panel discussions, fireside chats, and interactive sessions covering topics such as public speaking and influence, executive presence, emotional intelligence, financial empowerment, entrepreneurship, resilience, and overcoming imposter syndrome. These discussions offered practical insights and strategies to help women navigate leadership challenges and maximize their impact in the workplace and beyond.

A highlight of the conference was the Fireside Chat: Leadership Unfiltered, where an accomplished leader shared  her candid reflections on their personal leadership journeys, including the challenges, lessons learned, and experiences that have shaped  her  success. The session encouraged participants to embrace authenticity, resilience, and continuous growth in their own leadership paths.

Beyond the learning sessions, Her Voice 2026 fostered valuable connections among participants, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, build professional networks, and support one another in achieving personal and professional aspirations.
