Professional Development Workshop on “People & Culture as key drivers for Business Growth and Sustainability”
The workshop happened at Radisson Blu Hotel at Kigali Convention Center on 30th and 31st March (2 days) from 8am to 5pm. A total number of 100 participants attended the workshop. The participant pool included people managers from several public and private institutions.
This training introduced participants to a number of soft skills geared to enable them to manage people and measure their productivity so as to take corrective actions and sustain high performance at the workplace. The training workshop focused on topics that addressed measuring employee contribution towards organizational results and building a robust customer services culture for organizations.
Rwanda Human Resource Management Organization (RHRMO) conducts capacity-building initiatives directed at empowering HR practitioners and non-HR people managers in handling organizational human resource needs. RHRMO conducts four trainings yearly scheduled for every quarter.
