Rwanda Human Resources Management Organization

Rwanda Human Resources Management Organization (RHRMO) is an HR association that was established in 2012 with the aim of enhancing the human resource management profession in Rwanda. Human resources constitute the most important factor of production for any organization and therefore Rwanda Human Resources Management Organization chose to focus on improving the Human resources skills and practices.
Rwanda’s EDPRSII and Vision 2020 consider Human Capital as one of the pillars that will drive Rwanda’s development as a knowledge based economy.
