

For their seventh year of service, the Rwanda Human Resources Management organization (RHRMO) organized another 2 days’ Workshop for the Human Resource Professionals and Practitioners from different institutions which included public, private, NGOs and civil society organizations in Rwanda and beyond.
The workshop was attended by over 150 participants from Public, private, NGOs and civil society organizations with topics to discuss about;
- Performance Management
- Talent Acquisition, Retention and Succession Planning
- Labour law and HR Policy and Procedure
For the two days, participants were trained on changes in the new Laws and Labour regularities and all that as stated above. This is intended to improve employees’ performance, security and also relationship with their managers at work place.
The workshop was attended by delegates and speakers from different countries and institutions including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and others. With the main speakers from the ministry labour, Mifotra Rwanda, Job in Rwanda, Mount Kenya University and many other guest speakers. All speakers shared their HRM experiences and the associated best practices on how they have improved the HR Profession in their respective institutions, companies and countries.


The workshop was well conducted; all members who participated were awarded with HRMO certified certificates of attendance.
